The new Japanese craze!! Rescue Cat cafe ASAKUSA NEKOEN
Welcome to your new home away from home!! The Rescue Cat Cafe is a new part of Japanese culture, and provides a healing space for cat lovers to interact with feline companions. Here, you have the opportunity to stroke cats, play with them, take photographs or just watch them sleeping. While all of our cats have been rescued after previously being abandoned by their owners, they are all completely domesticated and adorable. They are just the companions to energize and rejuvenate you. Relax and unwind - you're visiting friends! More than ten cats are looking forward to seeing you; some of them are even looking for foster parents! Asakusa Nekoen is just 6–9 minutes walk from Asakusa Station on the Tobu, Ginza and Toei lines. We're not a dining cafe, but a cozy home-like space where you can relax and play with rescued cats. A selection of canned/bottled beverages(cold beer, tea, juice, etc.) is available
